    Good morning.

I would like to know if you had any bound volumes of the Muhammad Speaks newspaper (preferably 1960s-1975). I am interested in purchasing them.

    Thank you.
    Tim

      Dear Tim,
Years ago I had that run but it’s long gone, I’m afraid.
      Thank you for your interest.
      All amities,
      Kurt

  2. Keke says:

Hey, are you still open/ available to visit?

    • admin says:

      Dear Keke,
We are still open to visit but what was the bookshop on increasingly rare occasions as it’s been re-purposed as a short term rental.
But this coming week it’s available Wednesday and Thursday, after which I can’t say as it’s as booked as the shop.
My private library is more readily available to visit, little of which is for sale but much of which is of great interest – particularly to Africanists as its the Onitsha Market Literature collection that’s the subject of my book, Life Turns Man Up and Down: Highlife, Useful Advise, and Mad English.
Feel free to call for an appointment.
      All amities,
      Kurt (212) 928-9525 (leave a message)
